Travis recently finished up a new bow for me. It's amazing. Seriously, the bow is so pretty, it shoot so nice, and for being only a 30lb draw weight it shoots arrows pretty darn fast. I've gotten to shoot it a couple times now but not as much as I'd like to due to still healing abs. I have a feeling though, that this bow will force the official retirement of my compound. I couldn't be happier!
arrows and quiver were also made by Travis... for someone who never really sews he sure knows how to use a sewing machine!

Very awesome. I'm a little envious, I have to say. I always enjoyed archery at camp, although I never followed through on that interest any other time. But then, the nickname "Maid Miriam" was a little too handy already.
ReplyDeleteI LOVE this bow. I love the blonde wood and how the inside of the bow is darker brown. And the brown leather guard... so nice.
